The easiest way to access a member’s personality and/or motivations chart is to look for traits in which the member scored high or low–what sticks out visually? The median score in our charts is a 5.5, so traits in which a member scored a 5 or 6, you can consider that they are moderate in regards to that personality trait or motivation.
